Where Do I Park?
There are several pay lots to choose from in the area. One block away at Midtown Park is $5 for underground parking. There is a lot by the old Cadilac dealership that is also $5. Valet parking is offered at the front of the venue for a fee which varies per show. Street parking options are nearby as well.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open on show days. Please refer to the specific event page to find out the door and show times.
How do I retrieve my tickets that I purchased online?
You can retrieve your tickets by going to this website http://seetickets.us Create an account using the email you purchased your tickets. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view and print out your tickets. If you do not want to print out your tickets, you can download the SeeTickets app and show the barcode instead.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Currently, you can only purchase tickets online. Some shows will have a cashier but please refer to the event page or send an email to contact@warehouselive.com
Is there wheelchair accessibility?
Yes. We are ADA compliant.
Does the venue have seats?
Our shows are standing room general admission unless otherwise specified. However, we do offer Tables for purchase on select shows. Please check the event to see if assigned seating or VIP tables are offered. Any other questions, email us at contact@warehouselive.com
Do you have VIP Tables and Bottle service?
Some shows will offer VIP tables and/or bottle service options. Please refer to the event listing and ticket link. For any questions regarding table service, please email reservations@warehouselive.com
Are Food and Beverages available for purchase during a show?
We have a variety of beverage options available for purchase including craft beers and a full bar. Food is available for certain events with different local vendors and businesses that change per show.

- U.S. Military ID
- Permanent Resident Card
- A foreign government-issued passport
- Border Crossing Card
- DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Unacceptable IDs Include
- Temporary paper IDs issued by the DMV
- Expired IDs
- Birth certificate
- Copies of any form of identification (Including pictures of ID)
- School identification
Bag Policy
No large bags over 12″x6″x12″, backpacks, Camelbaks or bota bags allowed. All small bags and purses are subject to search.
